Just a little over eight months ago, my brother Isaac’s life was changed by a single solitary hug from a wonderful woman named Melissa. A month after their first meeting, my family met her and we knew she was the one. We could see it, we could feel it, we were witness to a complete, instant, forever-kind-of-love. Their relationship was the culmination of a year of change for Isaac. I am a big believer in the universe: that when you make changes to make your life happier and better, good things come your way. Melissa is better than a good thing; she has made my brother happier than I have ever seen him. I am so thrilled to have a sister (inlaw) and my entire family resoundingly seconds that statement.
